Aerosol paint on commissioned wall,
If I tell you the time now is 13:30, and you check your watch a minute later, it would undeniably be 13:31 for the both of us. As time moves, we move. And in that linear direction, even in that single irreversible digit, we had both travelled at different speeds and experienced our own perceived spaces differently, even though we reached the same point simultaneously on the hands of a clock. So what may have felt like 1 minute for you might be 10 for me, or vice versa.
Time and space. A concept merely known, but never really understood. Humans invented the clock to measure time as a unit, but we can never calculate how present we actually are in any particular moment.
If time isn't linear, I can't help but to think: if I had to pick between living in a specific time in the past that I cherish, or fast forward to a moment in the future that I have no idea of yet, which one would I choose?
But for now, I have to live today. And meet my deadlines. Meh.
