GROWTH Going up and down is a part of the process and it all results in bigger gains in the end in my opinion. Losing weight, gaining weight. Week to week, this can be normal for a lot of us. Don’t base your progress off a bad week, because chances are the next week you will be further than you were two weeks prior when you were feeling great. Remember that it’s not the scale that counts, it’s how you feel, and possibly inches rather than weight. Let’s remember not to beat ourselves up about the small things. Hallo ihr Lieben, oben wieder mein Tag im Bild. Da samstags mein Wiegetag ist und wir an diesem Tag öfter essen gehen, esse ich im Restaurant worauf ich Lust habe und zähle diese Punkte nicht. Trotzdem klappt die Abnahme gut. Allerdings sündige ich dann tagsüber nicht und ich habe gemerkt, daß meine Wahl der Gerichte sich stark geändert hat. Früher gab es Sahnesauce und auch gerne mit Käse überbacken. Veganuary 🌱 ..⁣ ⁣ 18 days of being Vegan.. read on if you want to know my thoughts and experience!⁣ ⤵️ ⁣ Choosing to do ‘Veganuary’ this year, wasn’t to ‘jump on the bandwagon’ or ‘follow the hype’..⁣ ⁣ I decided to do it to challenge myself, switch up my nutrition and food choices and assess the impact (if any) on my energy levels and overall health!⁣ 😊 ⁣ So how have I found it?⁣ 🙋🏽‍♀️ ⁣ Day 1 - Day 8: The first week or so was HARD! I had a constant headache for 3-4 days, felt really low in energy, and was extremely bloated no matter what I ate. I was also constantly hungry….but, I persevered and I am so glad. ⁣ Day 9 - Day 18: I feel great! My skin seems to be clearer, energy levels have improved, I am sleeping better and I am finding cooking vegan recipes and experimenting with plant based foods really fun and interesting!! ⁣👀 ⁣ So, will I be continuing to be fully vegan once January is over?⁣ ⁣ In short, no.⁣ ⁣ HOWEVER, I will be…⁣ ⁣ - Drastically reducing my consumption of meat & poultry by only eating 2-3 meals per week which include meat or poultry ⁣ - Continuing to eat more beans, pulses and lentils⁣ - Continuing to focus on eating whole foods⁣ ⁣ I would love to hear your thoughts …

My favourite tea tonight, Gammon with pineapple salsa (from sw barbecue book) 1 syn, homemade chips, mushrooms, tomato, peas and lighter mayo (0.5 syns) PUDDING: who said you couldn't have puddings. We had milkybar dessert frozen (6.5 syns) with 1 malted milk crumbled (2 syns) and strawberries. Lush! Life has is ups and downs, sometimes even on the same day. Some times the ups and downs can be simultaneous- side by side. That’s how life is, and all aspects of it is worthy of celebration. The happy, the sad, the angry, the sensuous, the stressed out moments- all of them are essential and each one compliments the other. So in this seemingly conflicting yet cohesive flow of life how do we maintain our contact with the essence of beauty that is our core? One answer that comes to mind is to crumble towards our joy by complete surrender. By being vulnerable, we open up to life. It means we have a conversation with ourselves and others about what pains us and what makes us happy. What angers us and what inspires us. This way of reaching out to one another or inwardly reflecting on all aspects of what makes us human will reveal, in time, the beauty of who we are holistically. As we are no longer fragmented in our view we can then appreciate and celebrate all parts of us - and what better way to do that than with cake & tea? @lovebatters there is cakes for all occasions that calls for the celebration of the soul! Have you tried B.U.B.B.L.Y? . . . I grew up on soda at my Mom-Mom’s house. Sprite to be exact. Somewhere along the lines a just gave it up, when I was pretty serious about running track. . . . I always preach to never drink your calories. Unless it’s a protein shake.... ♥️ . . . Tried one of these puppies about a week ago #weekago 🗣 the lime flavor to be exact. Splashed some lemon 🍋 in there and it was simply delicious! . . . That is a great starting point for someone trying to break habits. If you drink a soda a day, swap out just 1️⃣ day with one of these, master that day, then tackle another.

Кораблики из яиц с икрой 😍 Ингрeдиенты: яйца сыр красная икра майонeз соль перeц Приготовлeние: Эта великолепная закуска очень проста и легка в приготовлeнии. Нужно отварить столько яиц, сколько пар корабликов вы хотите получить. Из одного сваренного вкрутую яйца выходит два кораблика. Разрезаeм яйца вдоль на две части, вынимаeм жeлток. Натираем на терке сыр. Жeлток растeреть с солью, чeрным пeрцем, сыром и майонезом. Полученной начинкой заполняем половинки бeлков. Свeрху кладeм немного красной икры (икру можно заменить горошком или кукурузой).
