Цветные горы Landmannalaugar и почему нам не удалось до них добраться. ⠀ Landmannalaugar - одна из самых впечатляющих достопримечательностей Исландии. Цветные риолитовые горы, находящиеся в Fjallabak Nature Reserve, поразили меня своей красотой на картинках, поэтому я однозначно включила это место в свой список. ⠀ Добраться сюда можно с юго-востока, севера или северо-запада острова и только на машине 4х4 или специальным общественным транспортом. В нашем распоряжении была Toyota RAV4, при получении которой сотрудники компании сказали “ни в коем случае не ездить по бродам”, хотя сама машина для бродов вполне подходила (не для всех, как потом выяснится). ⠀ Итак, мы решились ехать в горы с юго-востока острова (о чем впоследствии пожалели, так как это был самый тяжёлый маршрут). Финальной точкой поставили кемпинг Landmannalaugar, от которого начинаются все пешие маршруты. ⠀ Выезжали мы снова из Vik, через полчаса свернули с основной трассы на дорогу F208 (по дорогам типа F разрешено передвигаться только машинам 4х4). И уже через 20 минут гравийная дорога прервалась, по всей ширине её пересекал брод длиной метров 6-7. Опыта пересечения брода ни у кого из нас не было, поэтому пришлось оставить машину и пойти оценивать обстановку. Минут 10 мы кружили около этого брода, пытаясь понять, где мельче всего и стоит ли вообще нам рисковать. Но одна ситуация помогла нам найти выход: с противоположной стороны, почти не притормаживая, ехало две Toyota Prado. Они лихо пересекли речушку, оставив за собой лишь пыль. ⠀ Мы решили рискнуть. После, каждые 10-15 минут мы пересекали броды так, что уже перестали выходить из машины для оценки ситуации. Но, проехав где-то ⅔ пути, дорогу прервал бродище, широкий и глубоченный с торчащими из-под воды камнями. Тут то мы и решили сдаться (тем более в воде мы нашли отвалившиеся номера от машин). ⠀ До кемпинга мы так и не доехали, но насладиться видами всё же смогли!) ⠀ В общем, ехать сюда лучше с севера острова, говорят, бродов там совсем нет.
