Part2 of my current training. I‘m still in regeneration mode #justsaying 🤷🏼‍♀️ But I‘ll show you my whole way back. Easy movements since my last surgery. . Box step ups with kb - to involve my core step by step and fix my stability Sumo kb squats - to copy my sumo deadlift movement and feel the adbuctores Seated cable rows - to practise how the scapula work and fix them Rear delts lateral raises . Can‘t wait to squat and deadlift again. 🤡 I‘m a POWERLIFTER but feels like hmm fitchick, bootyqueen, wannabe crossfitter and bodybuilder in ONE person 🤡 #weird #wontmissit . Hier noch ein paar Ausschnitte an Übungen. In erster Linie halte ich mich im Moment einfach nur fit und aktiviere die Muskeln die ich kann! Eingeschränkt sind Bauch, Schulter, Brust. Anstatt unendlich viele Bizepscurls zu machen (kam jetzt einmal vor und begrenzte sich auf zwei Sätze), schwitze ich lieber bei Beinübungen. Dafür nehme ich den Muskelkater gerne in Kauf. Den habe ich im Moment dauerhaft, obwohl ich mich nicht zerstöre. Im Gegenteil, ich kriege ihn einfach von 2-3 Sätzen. Aber meine „Fitlevel“ wird immer besser. 🙏

Ça à l'air de rien mais en vrai c'est chaud. Placez un pied sur un bloc de yoga, un step ou tout autre objet vous permettant de surélever votre pied de manière à être dans une position de fente avec deficit. Bien sûr plus le pied est surélevé plus l'exercice est difficile. Placez le genoux de l'autre jambe au sol et ramenez le talon vers la fesse. Puis, placez le poids du corps le plus possible sur le pied avant et pressez fort avec ce dernier dans le bloc pour passer debout. Redescendez ensuite avec contrôle. This is for all those #legday #runningmachine #activelifestyle fanatics who are feeling some tightness in their legs. We have created a complete lower extremity rollout and stretch routine to help you #bounceback for the next go around. We start off with a great calf stretch with a half foam. You can also use a rolled up towel for that perfect incline. Next up is a beautiful quad foam roll. Be sure to isolate one leg at a time to really get into your quad. We even love to perform a pin and floss which is bending and extending your leg while on a tight spot it sure helps and #hurtssogood We then transition to rolling out the dreaded IT band. This tissue is tight and needs some love. Roll this out but not the hard bone on our outter hip. We wrap up the loosening with a wonderful hip flexor stretch called the little league photo op 😂 be sure you keep your torso upright and fire your glute. This will help really get into your hip flexor and feel wonderful. Felt great to be back at the home gym for once! Hit a clean back day. Was my first time going above 425 on deadlifts in like 2 months, but 455 was moving really well.
