🤢Find out the truth about kratom, the industry and SAVE BIG while getting free stuff all the time!🤢 It's Time To Be Told The Truth About Kratom By Re-leaf LLC "Two things influence the structural formation of any given kratom plant: genetics and environment. The plant’s genetic makeup, also called a genotype, acts as a blueprint for growth: it allows a spectrum of physical possibilities, but it is up to the environment to induce these characteristics. The physical expression of a genotype is referred to as a phenotype, which is simply defined as the traits that the environment pulls out from the plant’s genetic code. We refer to the different phenotypes as "Strains". Everything from color, shape, smell, and effects production are affected by the environment." Find out more at the link in bio. Feels like I'm starting from the bottom again. I'm basically in the same place health-wise now as I was 12 months ago. My pain levels are high, my medical team think I have some sort of other 'mystery illness' that they can't figure out and I'm once again recovering from a virus/infection... Just like around this time last year. Yes, this is a touch disheartening, but I also see it as motivation and clarity. I'm not getting anywhere doing what I'm doing so it's time to reassess, reinvigorate and renew my journey. Obviously my 'follow doctors orders' approach isn't doing me any favours, otherwise, surely I would have improved over the past year, not plateaued/gotten worse. I now have the clarity to see that I need to change things up. So I'm back to the drawing board to find just what recovery will look like for me specifically. While this may be daunting and I'm exhausted by the thought of the undertaking, if I don't commit to my healing journey I'm going to keep missing out on the things I love in life. I have things I want to do and places I want to go and I'm over my body holding me back. I want to get to my full potential, to be at the top of my mountain enjoying the view, but first I have to get there. (Image Description: A white box with text inside that reads "Healing yourself is like trying to summit a mountain. It's hard and it hurts. Some parts are impossibly painful but you must endure. You will never see the view from the top if you quit, " with a snow capped mountain range in the background. . . . . #chronicillness #chronicpain #autoimmune #ibs #asthma #raynauds #gerd #ankylosingspondylitis #autoimmunedisease #healing #spoonie #spooniecommunity #health #journey #nevergiveup #healyourself #healingjourney #newbeginnings #wellness #wellnessjourney

Although there are currently no treatments that work for everyone with alopecia, some treatments are effective for some people. Depending on which type of alopecia you have, your age and the extent of hair loss, there are a variety of treatment options available. The main goals of treatment are to block the immune system attack and/or stimulate the regrowth of hair. This can be effective, especially for people with milder forms of the disease (less than 50% hair loss). - For those who have more than 50% hair loss on their scalp or other areas of the body, there are also oral (taken as a pill) and topical (applied to the skin) medications available as well as phototherapy or light treatments. - While none of the medications or devices commonly used to treat alopecia are approved specifically for this disease by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), they have been approved for other diseases. It’s important to know that while these therapies may offer benefits to some people with alopecia, there is no single option that will work for everyone. Even if your hair is regrown, there is no guarantee that it won’t fall out again once treatment is stopped. - This is not an extensive review of all possible treatments, just an overview of the more common ones you are likely to encounter. It’s best to discuss all of your options for treatment with a dermatologist, who can work with you to find the right medications or therapies for your particular type and severity of alopecia. - Visit www.andrearharris.com to learn about my journey and how I can help you with yours.

Choc, banana, strawberry smoothieee my fav at the moment!! So simple but so satisfying ...🍌🍫🍓🍌🍫 • 2 frozen spotty bananas 5-6 fresh medium strawberries 1 tablespoon organic raw cacao powder 1 tablespoon hemp seeds 2 cups unsweetened almond milk 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds • Blend in a high speed blender till smooth 🌪 • I've been having this most days for weeks because it's really good at adding in extra calcium with the almond milk, extra fibre (chia seeds), extra protein (hemp seeds) + vit c (strawbs) and some magnesium from the cacao powder. Such a good combo all together - good for this growing bub! 🤰🏼 #chocbananastrawberry #smoothie #healthysmoothie #delicious #smoothielove #dailysmoothie #smoothiegoodness

I made the mistake of taking a shower during the day today. It’s costs me all day. The pain in my stomach feels like knots. The exhaustion I feel is incomprehensible unless you live through autoimmune disease. Doesn’t matter the temperature for me. Just the time. I didn’t have much of a choice as to the time today. I thought I’d be okay but I wasn’t. The pain intensified while the exhaustion set heavy. Just when you think you’re able to live with what you’ve been dealing with. Curve balls quite suck. I go for a tilt table test to confirm the sneaking suspicions then specialist after specialist. Test after test. It’s exhausting being sick. #autoimmunedisease #autonomicdysfunction #fibromyalgia #exhausted #potssyndrome

One of my greatest struggles is slowing down, or even stopping when my body tells me to...especially when there's work to be done. I struggle even more when it's because I've been doing lots of fun things rather than necessary work. That's where I am today. Yesterday was very busy and very active - the Fall Fun Fest parade, a great (but very high energy) senior photo session, and then back to the festival to walk Main street with friends. So much fun, but today my body has been begging to rest. In the back of my head is a constantly updating list that scans out what needs to be done : tree branches that need cut down, the lawn mowed, laundry, vacuuming, the living room needs dusting, and I really need to hit the grocery store. And while I haven't figured out how to mute it, today I at least figured out how to turn the volume down enough to listen to my body. Sweet tea, a snack, a candle, and a good book to rest away the afternoon. The rest will be there tomorrow. #selfcare #autoimmunedisease #hashimotosdisease

So I don’t always like to cook for myself... probably like most of you. I like to treat myself! It can be hard to go out to eat and actually enjoy my food. When I stumble on a place where I can literally eat anything on the menu is so rare that I have to rave about it! The @localjuicery in Sedona is so amazing! They have so many yummy healthy plant based options! This is there “The Works” waffles. They are gluten free, dairy free and topped with almond butter, hemp seeds, fruit and maple syrup! I also had a wonderful dirty chai that they make special in house! #healthyfood #eatingformyhealth #autoimmunedisease #cleaneating #sedonafood #localjuicery #rheumatoidarthritis #hashimotosdisease

Story by a Type 1 caregiver, my mum @sonj_b (thank you for reading it’s long)🙏🏻💙❤️ . Recently attended Diabetes Camp with Katie (Kat), we were excited to spend time with others where long explanations weren’t needed. There’s a relief that comes when around others in the #type1diabetes community, an instant bond, you exhale while feeling understood. Type 1 is challenging for all involved. Some parents explain it like having a new born, others like having an extra child who rarely listens doing what it wants 24/7/365. Over the weekend my girl wasn’t herself. What you see on Insta is generally Katie she’s happy, smiling, quirky and has a fantastic sense of humour. What you don’t see are her personal struggles, for the moment we need to protect her while guiding her social media journey. Living with a chronic illness is sometimes a burden she carries, she’s a communicator and problem solver so we can work through any issues . At camp first thought she was tired but mothers instinct knew better. It’s been explained to us by medical professionals situations can occur that catapult you back to diagnosis, for Type 1 or parent/carer. These triggers are unknown, can happen at any time. Sunday morning Katie shared a comment with me, knew straight away what the problem was. Five months after diagnosed Katie attended a family #diabetescamp with her dad at this very same place! We talked about that time, straight away you could see her demeanor change. She was open, honest and became proud while remembering certain achievements. She had been experiencing a flashback to the early days of her journey which was mixed with confusion and not so happy times . We’ve had further conversations since she’s OK. Katie is stronger for the experience, she again has surprised herself with her inner strength and ability to navigate through her feelings. Her journey continues, believe she’s entered a new phase one of growth and maturity. Despite this random experience camp was great, lucky to have experienced it together. We both know there will always be an unspoken understanding between mother and daughter ❤️💙 #type1strong #type1warrior #t1d #t1dkid #t1dkids #raisingdaughters

GHEE vs BUTTER . POINT 1 📌 Ghee and butter are nearly 100 percent fat, but ghee may be the better choice for people with lactose or casein sensitivities . POINT 2 📌 Ghee smoke point is 450 F (250 C), which is substantially higher than butter's smoke point of 350 F (175 C). Therefore, when cooking at very high temperatures, ghee has a distinct advantage over butter . POINT 3 📌 Studies have found that ghee may improve some heart health markers. However, make sure to choose grass fed ghee and not vegetable ghee . POINT 4📌 Heating ghee also appears to produce MUCH LESS of the toxic compound acrylamide than heating vegetable and seed oils . POINT 5 📌 Ghee is more concentrated than butter. Gram for gram, it provides slightly more butyric acid and other short-chain saturated fats. Test-tube and animal studies suggest that these fats may reduce inflammation, promote gut health and inhibit cancer growth . ooth & sot bread texture! . #fermentrealfood #cookitupproject #guthealth #guthealingmalaysia #guthealthmalaysia #goodguthealth #guthealthisimportant #guthealing #autoimmunedisease #autoimmunemalaysia #autoimmunediseasemalaysia #cookingclassmalaysia #glutenfreemalaysia #autoimmunedisease #autoimmunediseasemalaysia #kleat #eatcleanmalaysia #eatcleankl #ulukelang #kualalumpur #ampang #guthealingmalaysia #lupusmalaysia #ketomalaysia #ketomalaysian #paleomalaysia #cookingworkshop #livedemo

Remember the days when we had to make our own cauliflower rice...and walk uphill both ways to get to it?! 🤓 There are so many healthy, pre-made options that didn’t exist even just a few years ago, and it’s amazing for making healthy eating EASY! When I first changed my diet, I was so sick and had veryyy little energy. Thankfully I had my husbands help, but I also kept things SO simple as I healed. I’d cook up a bunch of protein at once to have on hand for leftovers, have pre-cut veggies & homemade sauces to switch up the flavor, that way I didn’t need to cook something up every single day. Of course you’ll pay more for convenience like this, but that’s the beauty of this life - we all get to make these decisions for ourselves! FYI, I made this into cauli mash last night with hardly any effort & it was so delicious that I bought more to make it again! #conveniencefood #healthyeating #crohnsdisease #adrenalinsufficiency #autoimmunedisease #guthealth #autoimmune

And now it's time to do the work. I'm mentally, physically, and emotionally preparing for the week ahead. I go back to work tomorrow after experiencing another week of being hospitalized and isolated feeling scared, helpless, confused, and in pain. Honestly I've gotten to the point where I'm scared to leave my house, but tomorrow will come and I will drive to my job and do the best I can. . An MS attack is indescribable. The way it starts to the way it ends and the treatment with withdrawals in between. I still cannot believe this is happening. Maybe it's the wake-up-call I needed? I feel like I need to relearn a lot of what I thought I knew about myself. There's just SO many questions running through my head: What is a "healing food" to me now? What is "immune health" when my immune system attacks my brain?!! What can I do or not do that will or won't set off an attack again? Is exercise ok right now or should I take another day off? I need to relearn how to manage stress and how to listen to my body on a deeper level than ever before. . My immune system is still compromised, I need to be careful and mindful of what I do, what I touch, and who I'm around. Right now I'm structuring my diet around leafy greens, complex carbs, and healthy fats to heal the damage that's occured, while supplementing with fish oil, vitamin D, CBD, and a few other things. I'm also cutting out simple sugars and caffeine. Good bye coffee 😣 I'm gonna become decaf drinker because I still enjoy my morning cup o' joe. . Getting back to my Sunday night mealprep today made me feel good. I was on my feet most of the day with very minimal pain. My neurologist gave me a steroid tamper pack so I wouldn't have to experience the withdrawal symptoms so harshley. Right now I would say in total recovery -- I'm at 93% out of 100. . Today is the first time all week where I feel like I'm gonna be alright.

I made a Fall wreath for our house 🌻🍁🎃 LONG POST. I have been feeling so restless lately and I don't know how to overcome it so I've begun crafting again. I want to travel again like I used to and I want to work on the ambulance again, but money and health don't allow it. I feel so claustrophobic in the concrete jungle. In Germany I lived in an old, port city (Lübeck) but I was always able to travel to nature areas. I had cooler weather and rain to ease my mind. Here in the US, I grew up in the mountains with my Father and on a horse ranch when I visited my Mother. I miss the unpolluted air and the wind through the pines. I miss regular rainfall and having a white Christmas. I do love our house here in this older suburb, we are walking distance to a small plaza but still, I can't help but feel so shuttered. Ryan and I have promised each other that when I get a break in flare ups, we will go camping again with our pups and oh I can't wait for that! 🌲🙏🏻 × × × × × #fall #butyoudontlooksick #invisibleillness #chronicillness #chronicpain #spoonie #illness #hyperadrenergicpots #spooniesupport #raredisease #spoonielife #rarediseaseawareness #potsiestrong #livingwithchronicillness #gastroparesis #autoimmunehepatitis #sunflowers #butwedontlooksick #wreath #chronicloveclub #pumpkin #potsie #motilitydisorder #chronicfatigue #intestinaldysmotility #gastroparesisawareness #chronicillnessawareness #autoimmunedisease #hyperpots

Tomato-less spaghetti sauce Tomatoes are for many people an inflammatory food. Falling into the night-shade family, you want to avoid these on a FODMap or Auto-immune protocol. Here is a quick and easy substitute. You can use this in spaghetti, lasagna, bolognese, pizza, etc. 4 cooked beets 1c carrots (baby or chopped) 1/4c onion (chopped) 3 celery stalks chopped 1 garlic clove (add more to taste) 1/2 cup fresh parsely Fresh rosemary to taste 1 tbsp Herb de Provence 1/4c chicken bone broth Blend in @nutrininjakitchen Or @vitamix Until smooth. Heat on stove. Add to your Italian dish as a marinara substitute.

Some days we smile and play all day. Other My body rebels against me. Having autoimmune issues combined with a migraine made my weekend excruciating. As a mom I felt like a failure because I had to spend most of my time in bed. As a wife I felt like a jerk because I needed to rely on Ryan to do absolutely everything because I was incapable. As a mom I always feel pressure to be able to do it all. And sometimes I can’t and remember that it’s ok to rely on others. But days like this make me so much more appreciative for the days when we can smile and laugh all day. It’s H O T here in San Diego! Seriously, unusually hot.🥵 With the A/C running nonstop, I find myself grabbing for this @heritagestorenaturals rosewater + glycerin🌹to keep my skin happy and moisturized.😊 _ It’s been a slow process finding cleaner beauty products that work. But I’ve been using this for several years now and here’s what I know: _ • It’s acne safe. If you are prone to breaking out like I am, this won’t irritate your skin. • It’s an easy, quick way to add an extra layer of moisture when your skin needs it. This is includes your scalp! Spritz this on your scalp after you shower and watch your dry scalp come to life.💁🏻‍♀️ • Use this as a makeup setting spray. A few pumps after applying your makeup and your good to go! • More recently, I discovered my dry curly locks love this stuff! Being acne prone, most hair oils marketed for dry locks cause breakouts. No bueno.😖 A product that keeps my hair AND skin happy will always be at the top of my list. _ You can find this awesome, multipurpose spray at most health food stores. I grab mine at either @jimbosnaturally or @sprouts 👌🏽 I keep the largest size to use at home and this smaller size on hand for when I travel.🧳 Let me know how you like it! . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #betterbeauty #skincaresunday #cleanskincare #healthylivingevolved #cleanbeauty #HLEbeauty #autoimmunehealing #autoimmunedisease #ulcerativecolitis #uc #spoonie #colitiswarrior #nontoxic #nontoxicliving #nontoxicbeauty

For Halloween I'm going as a floating torso. Thanks @katherineeileenofficial for that little gem. In other news, the doctors have given me an answer on this rash I've had all year. It's this thing called lichen planus. It's rare, but easily treated, but there's no known cause. It might be autoimmune. In my case that's probably what's likely. It is insanely itchy and it can't be cured, but now that we know what it is, we can treat it quickly and efficiently. 2010. I was in Bowling Green, KY completing my first clinical for graduate school. I was away from my family for a month. During this time I started having major skin issues. My fingers and scalp hurt. Itched. Bled. Burned. When I got home I made a dermatology appointment and figured he would tell me I had excema and give me some fancy shampoo and cream that I hadn’t discovered yet! WRONG. He looked at me and said sounds like #lupus to me. I was like huh?! I had never even heard of #discoidlupus Before I knew what was happening, he was taking a biopsy from my neck. Diagnosis confirmed. What?!?! The scalp picture is the day of the biopsy. I wish I had hand pictures. These are from flares that occurred later. Still gross and still painful, but nothing quite like they were at the onset. Anyway, he told me to see a #rheumatologist. I was told it was in my best interest to go to Salt Lake or Boise. I was working full time, in my second year of graduate school, mom to 4, and trying to navigate a crumbling marriage. I never made an appointment. Two years later, I was having more than skin issues. I had headaches all the time. I couldn’t keep my leg swelling under control. My joints hurt. I had light photosensitivity issues. And the fatigue was out of control. I chalked it up to my busy, stressful life. And kept “living” my life. Yes, some super stressing events were the precipitating factors but there was more going on than simply #stress #autoimmunedisease #lupus #systemiclupus

SAFER SWAP SUNDAY! 🔄 . When it comes to thyroid and hormone health, toxins are a huge factor negatively impacting us. . I’m going to repeat this until I’m blue in the face because it’s so important. . . Clorox wipes are sadly one of those products that are incredibly toxic for your thyroid, hormone, and over-all health. . . As someone with multiple chemical sensitivity, I just about die if someone is using Clorox wipes within 2 feet of me. (The chemical smell is so overpowering it makes me sick!) 🤭 . to the kid in the grocery store who’s not-so-subtly staring at the bruises on my arms — don’t worry, i know what i must look like, with my tattoos & forearm bruises. i know my makeup-less face & hair on top of my head doesn’t help me look more personable to you. i know i have bags under my eyes from not sleeping & red cheeks from the heat. i know my eyebrows are sparse when they aren’t filled in & i know my blonde eyelashes look non-existent against my dark hair. i know my arms look scary, especially when you don’t know where my bruises come from. especially when i have more than one. especially when they’re bigger than the one pictured. especially when they’re adjacent to my tattoos. you should know, kid, that these bruises are battle wounds. battle scars. they’re proof i’m a fighter. that i’m a warrior. they’re evidence of the constant internal battle i face every freakin’ day when my immune system decides the insulation on the nerves in my brain & spinal cord are good punching bags. when the myelin in my brain is ripped apart & left in shambles: only to come back as scars. or as we say in the business: lesions. sweetheart, don’t worry. this bruise over top of this vein gave entry to the medicine that keeps my symptoms under control. this medicine is why i’m functional. it’s the reason that i’m even in this grocery store in the first place. it’s the ice in my veins when i feel like i’m on fire. it’s the antidote to my arguably otherwise poisoned body. it’s my body’s reminder to slow down & smell the roses. it’s the reason i’m able to be in grad school here in the inland empire; to have moved here from the desert i grew up in & met you, child. don’t be scared of me or my bruises. i’m pretty much as harmless as this bag of frozen peas i’m waiting in line to buy. & these tattoos? they’re picasso’s work. they’re the art i chose carry with me forever. the conglomeration of this ink & these bruises are results of a similar needle. with them together, i am a uniquely walking museum. an ambulant masterpiece. i am an ambulant masterpiece.

I’m a dork! 😂 BUT... after a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day of being unable to do anything but lie in bed, I have started to feel better, and felt like my inner @samsmith needed to come out (‘cause THEY inspire me to be the fantastic Queen that I am!), so I got up and started dancing to some @fifthharmony and I felt like THAT needed posting, b/c CHRONIC ILLNESSES SUCK THE LIFE OUT OF YOU MOST OF THE TIME, but in this moment, I am feeling better! 😊 #NotLettingChronicIllnessesWin #spoonie (I do not own the rights to this music... or whatever I’m suppose to say!)

✖️WHAT IF ECZEMA + PSORIASIS AREN'T SKIN PROBLEMS?😲 . I know this sounds controversial and may go against everything you've ever been told about your skin problems, but... . If the way that we are addressing these chronic conditions is the best way, then why are many of us left manage with awful symptoms for most of our lives. We're told to use bandaids like 💊, creams + salves that kind of help, but don't actually 🛑 whatever is driving rashes (and the flares) My dermatologist told me that I was just going to have to learn to live with my eczema🤦 . Why exactly in 2019 is that the best we can tell someone? I started digging and everything that I found has completely changed the way that I think about chronic skin rash conditions. Connecting your gut microbiome to your skin's microbiome is such a huge piece of the puzzle And yet no one is talking about it. Except for me and other experts who desperately want to see things change so that you don't have to go on just managing skin rash symptoms . @kkiran_00 of Microbiome Labs joined me to talk about this at the upcoming Eczema & Psoriasis Awareness Week 2019 starting soon! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you are right” - Henry Ford ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There are a lot of obstacles that we’re faced with in life. For each one, we have two choices: to go through them head on with a positive mindset knowing you will overcome it, orr remain comfortable - turn around and try a different path. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So many people fear failure and view it as the end of the road. But what if we shifted our mindset and accept failure when it comes - take it as a chance to learn - and grow from it so we can become better? Mindset is everything: if we focus on the negative - that’s what we’re gonna get. Butttt if we focus on the positive - well then, you fill in the blank✌🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Change your thinking, change your life - and that’s no cliché statement. I 100% believe that has so much power and will take us much much further on our path than allowing negativity and doubt to rule our minds💛

Another part of my story: Since my first hospitalization I’ve been hospitalized four more times because of the return of symptoms. The most recent relapse happened on August 23rd. I was having dinner when my face suddenly went numb and it was super painful and impossible to swallow. I’ve only been able to have mostly liquids since this happened so I really really miss solid foods lol I’m also struggling with speech a little more and my balance/coordination isn’t as good as it was before these symptoms started. Hoping #IVIG helps reverse this damage quickly so I can at least have normal food again! #mfs #millerfishersyndrome #millerfishersurvivor #guillainbarre #guillainbarresyndrome #guillainbarresurvivor #gbs #autoimmunedisease #nervedisorders #recovery #chronicillness #spoonieife #chronicillnesswarrior #healthmatters

Our boat in her happy place. Her name is “You Never Know” and her theme song is a DMB song of the same name (I’ll explain). I used to go offshore fishing. Out on the open ocean down here in the outer banks of North Carolina, I felt at peace. Unfortunately, a decline in my health took that away from me since 2012. It became a “maybe someday I’ll be able to get back out there.” Then, it was “someday we’ll get a boat for the sound” (my preferred body of water). Every subsequent visit the water tugged at my soul, until tearing open a void within me. In 2016, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. Then, in early 2017, my husband was in a terrible car accident. He was t-boned on the passenger side, sent head-on into another car, then slammed against a concrete barrier. Every airbag deployed and the truck was totaled, but, amazingly, he only suffered a cut on the top of his head from the button on his baseball hat. The other miraculous part? I was in that passenger seat not five minutes earlier, getting dropped off at the dentist. It was time. There was no more “yeah, someday”, because we didn’t know what the next hour held, never mind day or month. So, in the summer of 2017, “You Never Know” was born. “Don’t let the troubles in your head steal too much time, you’ll soon be dead. So play.“ - “You Never Know” by Dave Matthews Band. . . . #mindhealth #anxietydisorder #panicdisorder #depression #chronicillnesswarrior #fibromyalgia #fibrowarrior #hashimotos #hashimotowarrior #autoimmunedisease #mindset #itsokaynottobeokay #mentalhealthawareness #chronicillnessawareness #invisibleillness #spiritualgrowth #myphoto #carolinaskiff #pamlicosound #hatterasisland #obx #hatterasvillage #boat #skifflife #shallowwater

What IS Nutritional Therapy? Nutritional Therapy is...real. It goes beyond the labels or diagnosis (or the one you just can't find); being told what to do (or being told nothing at all); or being prescribed another pill (oh, the side effects). It's like the moment of silence in the middle of a crazy hectic week; the smile from a stranger when you're feeling down; the sun on your face on a chilly day; that person who truly listens and gets YOU. gutsybynutrition.com.au/contact #nutrition #nutritionist #nutritionaltherapy #health #bondijunction #wellness #functionalhealth #functionalnutrition #realfood #guthealth #sydneyhealthcoach #foodismedicine #chronicillness #familyhealth #healthtips #eatrealfood #autoimmunedisease #alternativehealth #mindbody #preventativehealth #nourish #holistichealth #healingwithfood #heal #naturalmedicine #wholefood #digestion #energise #behealthy #gethealthy

To keep 3 chronically ill people going for one week it takes 385 pills per week. Which is crazy to think that every sunday I sort 385 pills. So out of 385: 140 belong to mama (20 per day) 98 to daddy (14 per days) and 147 are mine (21 per day) So I guess this is why it takes me an hour each sunday lol 😂😂😂 #mymedssavedmylife #chronicallyillfamily #chronicillness #chronicpain #autoimmunedisease #chronicfatiguesyndrome #chronicpainwarrior #chronicillnesswarrior #chronicallyill #chronicpainawareness #ibd #rheumatoidarthritis #fibromyalgia #ibs #fibrowarrior #lupus #lupusawareness #lupuswarrior #sle #pain #painwarrior #chronicillnessmemes #doctormemes #sickpost #sadbuttrue #endometriosisawareness #anemia #insulin #diabetic

"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food." - Hippocrates Plants are amazing! 🍃💫 This mindset and lifestyle saved me from a life of pills and no progress. In the state of MS, there is a stigma surrounding FMS, psoriatic arthritis and different stages of TBI. I have all three. It's hard enough dealing with the chronic pain but then you have the insensitivity that comes with having an invisible illness or disability. Pills were not the answer for me. It only masked the symptoms for a short while and then made them worse. This is when I started my health journey. I did an intense detox to remove all the built up toxins that were worsening my symptoms. Then, I began a huge lifestyle change and began a plant based diet. It did wonders for my health and pain management. Over the course of time and experiece I have found a healthy balance and am still learning today. Sometimes, having a healthy diet alone is not enough. That's why I love the company I work with so much. The 100% plant based products are filled with superfoods enriched with nutrients and minerals that actively work with the body to detox, reduce and eliminate inflammation and flush out toxins. For many people with auto-immune diseases, those three things are key to managing chronic pain. If better health is a need or a passion for you, help is here. & if you need an extra income, help is here. 🤝📱💗
