Всем привет 👋 Друзья , сегодня поговорим по поводу здорового образа жизни современного человека и как он может повлиять на наше будущее. ❇️Здоровый образ жизни, спорт, физические нагрузки, полезные для организма, стали неотъемлемой частью жизни современного человека, где уже не модно, курить и пить, а модно ходить в тренажерный зал, иметь красивый пресс, фигуру, то есть быть всегда в тонусе, в хорошей форме. Лично я уже и дня не могу прожить, не выполнив какое то упражнение или нагрузку😊 ❇️В наше время слабый, больной человек вытесняется более сильным, закаленным спортсменом, который сможет принести здоровое поколение, продолжить свой род. ❇️В настоящее время мы все наблюдаем, популяризацию спорта, здорового образа жизни, а ведь это есть не что иное, как противодействие, мера борьбы с вредными привычками, борьбы против всего пагубного для человечества. ❇️Иногда, когда я наблюдаю за молодежью (14-18 лет) в @fitness_club__griff2 , я начинаю вспоминать себя в этом возрасте, где не было тренажёрных залов такого формата, не было этой атмосферы и не было самое главное людей , объединённых одной целью - сделать себя лучше! PERI WORKOUT NUTRITION! Its spoken about a lot in the body building world, but not so much in the casual gym goers world. Fuelling your body with the right foods before and after your workout is so important to ensure you’re maximising your performance and recovery! I like to have 30-40g carbs BEFORE my workout (weights or a run) to ensure my glycogen levels are full (this is especially important if I’ve got a double training day) and then a solid 20g of protein + 10-20g carbs after to help with recovery and again, reload glycogen stores in my muscles 💪🏽

Sleepy boi with a warm blanket. Honestly, it feels really nice to take a break once in a while. Today I was thinking about going out to party but unfortunately couldn’t get this shift covered. However, that turned out to work in my favor since it gave me more of a chance to get work done so I didn’t get stressed out last minute. It’s really a matter of prioritizing things, and sometimes it’s hard to say no to friends when it comes to going out and having fun, but you gotta make things happen and say no. Something I’ve been doing is creating a monthly “social budget”, meaning that I give myself two days or so a month where I can just have fun with friends. So far it’s been helpful since it makes me have to think through plans more.

What an amazing day down on Inchydoney yesterday with @westcorkfit and this wonderful group of ladies. This one day camp definetly pushed me out of my comfort zone in a highly enjoyable way and the tips and techniques taken away from Fiona and Karine were invaluable. Highly recommend it!! Upper body/push day today 👀 Just a quick goal weight update - last time I weighed myself I was 55.8kg and I’m still nowhere near where I’d like to be so I’m going to try and aim for around 52/53kg. Still on track to reach that by summer so I’m looking forward to seeing my progress over the next few months 🙌🏼

Feeling pretty heavy today after my 2 cheat days (which were also rest days) in a row 😂 Not gonna weigh myself today though because any weight I have gained will just be a bit of extra water and that’ll sort itself out in the next few days! Back on plan today and a good cardio session completed! Also swipe for some shoulders and traps which have literally come out of no where 😂😅

Leg day today 👏🏼🏋🏻‍♀️ One of my favourite days of the week - so busy with uni work at the moment and using every spare minute I have to finish assignments! Still managing to get my 5 sessions a week in so that’s okay for now! Less than 2 months until 2 year of uni is done 😅🙌🏼 •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• P.s. if you’re wondering what that is on my arm below my watch - it’s a massive bruise 😂 Not sure what I did to acquire it, my arm just started hurting whilst I was at the gym yesterday and a bruise popped up this morning. I probably banged it off something 🤷🏻‍♀️

Small achievements 👏🏼 My waist is down to 25.5inches now from 32inches, which is where I started in 2017! I’ve also lost exactly 9kg since then too 🙌🏼 Seeing improvements makes the whole process worth it! Really happy my hard work is paying off - so close to my goals now, nearly time to set some new ones! 🤩
